The Monaco Main Beach is an ultra-luxury residential tower located in one of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious beachfront suburbs. This boutique development comprises 24 full-floor residences, each designed to offer unobstructed ocean views, private lift access, and premium interior detailing.

As a partner in the project, I was closely involved in every stage of the development—from site acquisition and design input to funding strategy, construction oversight, and successful project delivery. Working alongside a team of leading consultants, we brought together world-class architecture by Rothelowman and refined interiors by Mannigan Edwards Interiors to create a landmark building that combines modern coastal elegance with enduring value.

The Monaco was conceived as a response to demand for larger, private homes with hotel-style amenities and minimal density—redefining high-end apartment living on the Gold Coast.
