I’m a seasoned property developer based in Auckland, New Zealand, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industries across both New Zealand and Australia.

I began my career as a Quantity Surveyor but quickly discovered my true passion in property development.

Over the years, I’ve founded and managed a range of property-related companies across development, construction, civil works, sales, property management, and finance.

My project portfolio is diverse—ranging from affordable housing in Mangere, Auckland, to premium high-rise apartments in Main Beach on the Gold Coast.

I don't just build homes. I build places people feel proud to live in, where the environment doesn't pay the price.

Innovation

Innovation has always been a key focus. I’ve worked on initiatives such as five New Zealand-based off-site manufacturing facilities, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), Metra Panel homes, Building Information Modelling (BIM), shared electric vehicle schemes, creative contracting methods, and collaborative partnerships.

Partnerships

I’ve partnered with Iwi, Kiwibuild (Government), and Housing New Zealand to help rebuild and enhance the country’s housing stock, including critical efforts in Christchurch following the earthquake. Most of these homes have achieved a Homestar 6 rating or better—built with sustainability and future generations in mind.

Economic Cycles

Having lived through various economic cycles, I understand both the risks and opportunities they present. I’ve successfully taken over and completed several distressed projects sourced through banks, funders, and agents. I welcome opportunities of this nature and am always open to discussions.

Home Ownership

I strongly believe in the broader benefits of private home ownership in New Zealand—not just financial, but also social, mental, and community-related. To support this vision, I’ve delivered homes specifically targeted at first-home buyers and provided coaching to help them get started.
